Delete account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app.

In the app

  1. Open Quino and tap your profile photo at the top right.
  2. Tap the gear (Settings).
  3. At the bottom tap ‘Delete account’ and confirm twice.

Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email hello@joinquino.com from the address of your account, or use the form on the Dutch page. We first check that the request is yours, then delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, profile photo and friend code.
  • Your friendships, friend requests and blocks.
  • Your notifications and the token we use for push messages.

Plans you organise are cancelled for everyone. In other people’s plans you stay as “Deleted user”, without your name, account or the times you gave. Reports you made or that were about you remain without a link to your account, for up to 12 months after they were handled. Backups are overwritten within 4 weeks. More in the Privacy Policy, section 7.
