Common problems
No sign-in code? Check your spam folder. The code is valid for 10 minutes; in the app ask for a new one with ‘Send again’.
Invitation link not working? Links expire once the day of the plan has passed. Ask the organiser for a new plan.
Someone is bothering you? Tap ••• next to the person and choose Report or Block. We aim to look at every report within 24 hours. See the Community Guidelines.
